Well, while it lasted.
I bought this model 8 years ago. To this day a really good thermos. Never leaked and coffee was always hot. However, today I put hot coffee in it after filling and emptying it with hot water. I put it in the car and didn't think about it. After about an hour or two, I noticed that the outside of the thermos felt hot, which had never happened before. Some coffee poured later, about three hours after filling, and the coffee was lukewarm. The inner container must have entered the outer chamber. I checked the website, the warranty is only 5 years and not lifetime like Stanley.
