When I first received this watch I was absolutely obsessed. Especially for the price this watch looks great; however, the extra piece of tape does not remain in the tapes. They move and the strap falls out making it difficult to wear this piece of jewelry if you plan to move your arms. Otherwise this watch would have gotten 5 stars. EDIT: After my initial review, Wristology contacted me to send me a new watch. Not only did they refuse to accept the old watch, but they sent a new watch free of charge. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I highly recommend not only their watches (which are very cute and I will be ordering more) but also their company! Small business that cares!
