The auto-off function is almost non-existent. My 1 year old loves this bear which has been a privilege and with it she falls asleep within 10-15 minutes of bedtime. damn yes! Gives my vocal cords a break and a find when I get sick. With that in mind, my warning is: DON'T MAKE UNNECESSARY NOISE! This little bugger is literally so sensitive to noise and a cough or sneeze or other body noise will set it off and that doesn't count if he's trying to watch TV while she's sleeping. Batteries?!?! Don't even turn me on I've had to change them at least once a week since Christmas. Anyone else think parents of kids with these toys should buy back shares in Duracell and Energizer?
