The first thing I love about this backpack is the colour. It looks like melange black - looks really professional. The build quality is excellent. I plan to use this backpack for at least five years, if not longer. I've been using it every day for two weeks and it's really holding up. Comfortable to carry on the shoulders, zippers slide well. It has enough space for my iPad, MacBook Pro and a 64oz HydroFlask and more. In fact, despite all these things, it seems a bit empty. The only thing I would add is more organizational pockets like more pen slots or multiple SD card holders. Otherwise this bag is great!
