Review on Geyser coffee maker Bialetti Moka Express 1164 (4 portions), silver by Mateusz Sobczyk ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

For a long time I puzzled over which one to take. It’s good that I didn’t take it for 6 cups, there the consumption of coffee is hoo, this one is also decent, about 20 gr. And for the original 240 ml. need ok. 15 gr. That's what I'm putting in. And nothing, everything works out. I tried coffee from the store, Pauline Presidential Bushido Specialty coffee, Bushido Sensei - it's normal, it draws sourness and taste out of them, although they are already ancient, with a roast of 6-10 months. I ordered a freshly roasted Columbia Huila in an online store, a month-long roast came, but nothing, the aroma and taste are at their best, after a month of brewing, you can feel how the taste of coffee changes. I use the C2 coffee grinder, grinding under the geyser at 14-16 clicks, I recommend the coffee maker, despite the negative reviews of the barista about this brewing method, but I continue to experiment. I pour water either warm or even hot to reduce the coffee extraction time. I highly recommend trying coffee in a French press, the taste is different. If you want to immerse yourself in the coffee theme, I recommend 2022 Barista and Perfetto channels

Pros
  • Beautiful, real Italian (each detail is indicated). Ease of maintenance. The main thing is not to wash hot. The coffee is rich, thick and strong. Exit in fact 160 ml.
Cons
  • No. Not a disadvantage, but an inconvenience: when you take a hot coffee maker by the handle, you want to lean with your thumb on the junction of the lid with the body, and it is hot. So be careful. The most vulnerable thing in a geyser is the seal, filter and coffee basket, but Bialetti has accessories.
