Review on Portable Neck Fan Rechargeable Adjustment by Kevin Pirlet

I really like this item, it's so light that it can be worn around the neck, it's adjustable, and you've got a cooling fan everywhere, and it doesn't require hands. This is at amusement parks even outside of concerts when it's hot and you need to leave the fan on and it's really very light around your deck. So glad I took it off to get a few more when we can go back to Disney.
