My sister has very bad eczema and I suspect that my mother and I have signs of her illness (itching, tiny pimples). All over-the-counter products have an oil base that weighs hair down and gives the appearance of unwashed hair. Pooh. It actually works, so much so I forget to use it. Itching and small rashes have almost disappeared. It doesn't smell very nice, but hey, other heavy, oily products smell nice with negative results. I will buy one for my sister because her doctor keeps giving her oil prescriptions that don't work.
