I bought these for my boys who have a habit of spilling milk when poured into cereal. The upper part with the spout is not disassembled for cleaning, which complicates the process. I had to use straw cleaner to make sure it was clean before reusing. The pipe is also difficult to clean when it's moldy (because the kids chose not to drink the juice they so desperately promised to drink). I had to disconnect the tube from each end and use a straw cleaner to clean the inside. It's a great concept, just a hassle to clean.
