This is the only review I have ever left, but this item has great value and I am baffled by the bad reviews. Our microwave gets a lot of use and I hate cleaning it. This product is very simple, has filling lines on the side and gets your microwave so hot it wipes everything. Here's what mine looked like after just wiping it down with a paper towel - no added cleaner. The head also unscrews (it's not that difficult).
