HEROM! - Bought on November 14th, stopped working on January 24th, less than 3 months. My last electric blanket lasted 5 years and it's junk. After some debugging it turns out that one side is dead, both the controller and the ceiling. The other side of the blanket and the controller are fine. This blanket has not been washed or serviced, the electronics just failed so I called the manufacturer and they charged me $25 to replace it under warranty. He stood all summer and hooked it up on October 15, and the second died 25 days later. These blankets are real junk. STAY AWAY. I waited ONE HOUR for customer service before they answered the phone. How are they still in business?
