1) The sound quality is decent. But you really need to install the app and turn on the boost. Out of the box, it's mediocre at best. 2) The charging case form factor is great (see picture). It fits in a bag without excessive bulk.3) Headphones will not fall out with movement. It slips out when you lay down on it. 4) Ambient mode has a lot of noise, so it's not perfect, but still useful in the right circumstances. When playing music, you have to keep it at a low volume for it to work at all. 5) No complaints about call quality from people I've called. 6) Although the app is great. I wish it would have been better designed. Especially the equalizer, which is difficult to adjust. (But obviously very impressed that it has an equalizer at all) 7) Only dropped out once while going to pick up mail (about 30ft from the phone). 8) The biggest problem is that the touch modes can be confused (i.e. don't enable ambient mode).
