First time using this style, most of the time I like them a lot

I've tried different types of Bluetooth headphones over the years but this is the first set of true wireless headphones I've had have received. Two of my favorite features are that you can charge one while listening to the other. None of my previous kits have been comfortable to load and listen to at the same time, and almost all of them cut off the audio output entirely when loading. Second, they feel solid and waterproof in my ears. We recently bought a hot tub and none of the other styles worked when one or both of the headphones had been dropped in water or splashed and took days to dry before working properly again, or a neckband with electronics that makes it uncomfortable to wear outside keep away from the water. These have no problems. It's nice to be able to work in the car and not get tangled in the cords or have the neckband slipping all over the place. Same goes for gardening, dog walking, etc. They fell out of my ears and I don't have to worry about tangles. Battery life is really good (although not for a good reason, see below), the charging case is a bit large but works great, and there's no question that the headphones are good for charging. In general, a very pleasant impression of their use. One note: I felt like my ears were bruised after day one when the little tongue stuck out. Playing around with headphone cases of different sizes and materials helped. I mostly listen to podcasts and only occasionally listen to music, and that's where my only problem comes in. My podcasts are stored in a directory and are automatically deleted when you listen to them. The controls on them are very sensitive. You simply touch the outside of the earbud while it's in your ear to pause/resume. There is no button to press by simply touching the outside of the earcup. It wouldn't be a big deal, but every other bluetooth headphone I've had had on/off buttons/switches. They turn on when you take them out of the charger and off when you put them back in. Sounds good. In practice, however, this means that they must always be in the ears or in the charger. If you meet a co-worker at work or walk and talk to your dogs, you can't just turn them off and throw them in your bag because they'll turn on too easily, presumably from a smack on your leg/thigh. in the bag. Even if you just toss them in the truck's center console, the act of removing (or inserting, but that's more obvious) triggers the play/pause function easily. With other types of headphones, you can take a break from wearing them and dangle them around your neck knowing you've turned them off. I came back with them too many times to realize I'd "listened" to four or five already deleted podcasts. So you always need a charger to plug them back in and keep them off and it's a bit bulky/heavy to always have one in your pocket when you're just going to the store for 30 minutes but don't want to be rude to the cashier . I've set my podcast app to wait 24 hours for deletion, so it doesn't matter except that I need to keep track of where I was when I thought I paused it. And it really extends battery life if you have to keep it on the charger all the time. In theory, you can long-press the earbuds to turn them off, but they'll still turn on fairly easily by hopping around in your pocket. And something else. This doesn't bother me too much, but it should be noted that multiple controls are available. Again, it depends on your use case, but the most important is the volume control. If you're under a car and covered in oil and you want to get into the volume down/volume and control the volume, you have to do it on your phone, which for me is across the garage. It kind of defeats the purpose of going wireless when the phone needs to be with you all the time to perform such a basic function. This doesn't bother me too much, though, as many headphones are even worse at short/long/long-pressing multi-function buttons to change volume, skip tracks, jump between tracks, and they all do it. a bit different so switching between other headphones means I don't use the feature at all.
