The pins do not secure the straps to the Fitbit and the straps come loose easily. I requested a replacement package and received it the next day. I had the same issue with straps, although some straps and pins worked better. Also, the small straps are too long for my 5 1/4 inch wrist as the long side of the strap is too long and wraps around my wrist so much that it looks unwieldy. In comparison, the original strap that came with my Fitbit works well, is a good length, easy to put on and take off, and snaps in easily. I wanted more color variety, but those interchangeable straps weren't a good option for me. The company was very concerned that I was dissatisfied with the product and were willing to do anything to make it up to me. As I had already tried the replacement set I didn't need another replacement but they refunded me as soon as they got there. They kept in touch with me to do their best to make me happy and I appreciated that.
