I love otters and have used them for years. I've also used Speck cases and buy them for my parents, but I'm very picky about my phones. I drop them all the time, they fall off the shelves, off the tables, out of my bag on the floor, I'm a clumsy. So I need a really tough case. The Otters are my pick because they have a soft rubber pad to withstand impact and act as a corner bumper, but the outer shell is hard plastic so you get the best of both worlds. The rubber around the edges makes it easier to grip the phone, and the raised bezels are a must. This case is also very light and thinner than the iPhone 11 case! But I think the seller gave me an open product. The product was obviously torn but the case looked ok so I kept it but didn't like it. This time I ordered from Revain and not directly from Otterbox because it saved me some money and the shipping was faster, but next time I will order directly from Otterbox.
