As a nursing mother I have dealt with multiple blocked ducts and vibration has always cleared blockages and relieved pain. I haven't (thankfully) had a clogged duct since getting this product but I can tell you that it works very similarly to other products I've used successfully in the past and I expect it to give me the will bring equal relief. The contoured silicone is soft and flexible, making it comfortable to use in any area of the breast where someone might have a blockage. It has 7 different modes including 3 speeds of normal vibration and 4 modes of intermittent pulsation and vibration. (When I showed it to my husband, he said the modes are very similar to "personal massager", which I think is true). Simple vibration settings help me the most in relieving clogged ducts. The charger is inserted directly through the silicone at the end of the massager. It took me a few tries to figure it out, but once I did it was easy to install. All in all, I would recommend this massager to anyone who has blocked milk ducts while breastfeeding.
