Wanted to love it but 2 big problems.

I really wanted to love this! Napkins inside is a nice idea, but not so with it. The fabric opening faces the driver's door, not the center of the vehicle. It seems stupid to me. Second, it didn't support my neck in any way. If anything, it pushed my upper back forward. Maybe too fat? I am very small now. 5'1" to 5'2" Not sure if that's a factor or not but it just didn't hurt me so I'm sending it back.
