I decided to try these filters as we use a few filters a month due to sediment in our well water. I just replaced the Ispring filter with one of these and found it to be about a quarter of an inch longer. As I screwed the cartridge back into place, I felt like I was pushing it into place. I took it off and noticed that each end of the filter has deep grooves in the cartridge. They were about a quarter inch longer compared to other replacement parts, which would explain their deformed ends when I placed them in the bracket. ISPRING delivered and everything is fine. I'll try to get her back, but I hope the credit goes through.
