Where do I start, I've only had problems with these headphones. I really would have expected more from a brand like Anker. In fact, I bought them instead of cheaper brands, thinking they were higher quality. But they had nothing but problems. First, they cannot be connected to one device without turning off Bluetooth on all other devices. I mainly use them to connect to my computer and phone and have to toggle back and forth by turning Bluetooth on and off. But the most annoying thing is the constant tendency to only work in one ear. This is very annoying and nothing seems to be causing or fixing it. I've tried connecting and disconnecting bluetooth, forgetting the device and even rebooting. No, I'm just walking around with a crooked noise that's driving me crazy. Eventually I got fed up and sent them back. I thought maybe I have a bad pair but after constantly fixing various issues it seems this is just a bad model.
