I bought this as a gift for a friend. I was with her when she opened it. The bag itself is great but I was disappointed in the handles- in the photo, it appears to be long enough to carry on your shoulder. The product I received had very short handles only long enough to hold in your hand. I was going to buy one for myself but after seeing it, I probably will not.
- Durable material can withstand wear and tear from frequent use
- May be difficult to find in a crowded luggage area
