Introductory information: a mouse that does not have a functioning left click, and sadly, the receipt has been misplaced. In conclusion, I emailed the company's technical support three times requesting service, and each time I received the same response: "purge the mouse, connect it to another device." After the third attempt, I made the decision to investigate the possibility that something was jammed between the jumper (click button) and the case key. Considering how insistently technical support recommends blowing everything with compressed air, I thought it was worth a shot. After removing the casing (which can be done by removing one screw without causing any problems), I discovered that there is nothing that could be interfering with the click button's functionality (I will attach a test video a little later). After making a contact to customer support, I was informed that I would not be eligible for servicing since I had already opened the goods, which is against the guidelines established by the firm. If you have experience taking apart computer mice, please tell me how removing the case may possibly cause it to malfunction. Because of its construction, removing it is simple. Why is it that the support staff recommends I use three puffs of compressed air on the mouse? Will this solve the problem with the board's click button? Outcome. 3 thousand were wasted, how happy I was with the purchase of this product, I’m just as disappointed with the work of the company, I’ll try to fix it myself, maybe the contact was badly soldered (and this will really be considered self-repair, and not removing the cover !) and of course a revolting review, which most likely will not have any kind of impact whatsoever on the sales of the company.
