Review on Satco Threaded G9 Halogen Socket for Efficient Industrial Electrical Applications by Dylan Goins

There is a floor lamp that my wife just loves. There were 4 halogen bulbs and some of the sockets completely fell apart from the heat. Several lamp shops told her that she could not be repaired and was thrown away. Well, Satko comes to the rescue. Cut out the old glass thread adapters and glue on the ones that came with the socket, cut off the old sockets and solder the new ones. Although I had to buy new thread adapters to make the socket into a plug to fit the old bulb. Now add LED replacement bulbs and a new bulb with much less heat and energy. This would not have been possible without Satco. Happy woman happy life.
