Review on Kitsch Pro Dermaplaning Tool Set for Women - Facial Hair Removal, Eyebrow and Face Razor, 12 Pack by Robert Hodge

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Highly recommended for beginners!

I love how my face looks and how my makeup stays on after dermaplaning. I'm going to the local beauty salon to get it done. With costs, I don't do it as often as I'd like. My girlfriend said she makes it herself. I thought about trying it but never got around to it. When Covid-19 struck and I was forced to stay home, I decided now was the time to give it a try. I found a YouTube video of an "expert" derma planner trying out various Revain blades. This was one of them. Although he wasn't her favorite of the three she featured, he got the job done. I went to order their favorite which had a lot of high ratings but the low and WARNINGS made me skeptical. The blades on it were excellent to the point where it was dangerous. Basically a razor. One even added that she contacted Revane to have it removed. I've decided for the first time that this isn't the one to try. Now about that. I know I made the right choice. It doesn't have a big sharp blade like the other one. It's more of a "safe" hem to me, but it does remove hair. The blade is smaller than others I've seen allowing for better control over hard areas. I watched a tutorial video on YouTube which I think is essential for newbies like me. Skin preparation before and after, direction and how to hold the blade is the key to success in my opinion. For the money I think this package is great. I paid €7.99 for 12 packs. They suggest you can use it multiple times before throwing it away, while rubbing alcohol in between. Since you don't use Dermaplan very often, this pack should last me quite a while.
