Great seller but Brown lets seller and buyer down.

This is in no way a reflection of the seller. Those replacement heads, no matter where you buy them, are terrible. They are cheap to manufacture and with a bit of luck they will break after 2-3 months. The Braun Series 9 is exceptional when it works, but if you've cut your face a few times because the heads fall apart while you're shaving, you'll quickly regret your purchase. You'll find hundreds of similar opinions online, and Brown doesn't seem to care. Stay away from these heads and this model. Again, this does NOT apply to or reflect the seller. Braun sells the exact same head at a higher price on their website with the same unfortunate result.
