Love these slippers. I use them all the time when I'm on hardwood or vinyl. Unnecessary for the carpet! They are cute and look great. My only criticism is with their cleaning. They say they are safe to machine wash and I did, they kind of fell apart. Some of the torn bottoms were stretching, I couldn't put them together properly (the slipper is held in place by a 'mop' with velcro closure. I would only wash the bottoms of the slippers, but be careful - if you don't when you have one spotless home they get dirty I would die if anyone saw mine Luckily 2 pairs so you can experiment with one pair and then use a second pair based on your experience Good value for money.
