This is a great, compact and sturdy little tool. Without going too much into "gory details”, I found it particularly handy and unique for a recent home follow-up to unscrew a small PLASTIC valve on a wound drain that just wouldn't move. This tool did exactly what I needed in a tricky situation where using regular pliers ("needle point" or similar for smaller applications) could SIMPLY overload the plastic, requiring a trip to the ER. I would suggest this is a REAL workhorse for homecare/field nurses, ambulances, paramedics etc! Screwdrivers are also very handy and are the perfect mid-size between micro and heavy duty. Will buy a few more now to use as "stockings" to add specifically to friends' first aid and emergency kits.
