The bad: The suction cups are completely useless. It doesn't even hold the rope itself, let alone any type of clothing. Plus: There are hooks on both ends of the leash that can be attached to suction cups, but since discs are useless you have the option to use the hooks to find other things to attach to. Another cool feature is that you don't need clothespins to hang your clothes on the rope; Twisted elastic and tension help keep clothes in place. I'm not giving it a high rating because it doesn't work as it should, but I'm not giving it a complete let down because even though I had to adjust everything and it looks tatty, my clothes hang on and dry as we talk.
