COOKOOKY: Poor Quality and a Lethargic Selection

I was eager to try COOKOOKY because I frequently buy office and educational goods. I must admit, though, that I was very unhappy with my encounter. They claim to offer a large range of things, however I found their selection to be rather limited. In fact, they didn't have a few things I required for a big project, so I had to travel somewhere else to finish it. The poor quality of their products was even worse than their small variety. The identifying badges I bought were fragile and quickly snapped, while the labels I bought were insufficiently adhesive and kept sliding off. I expected more from a business that calls itself a pioneer in office and school supply manufacturing. Even worse, when I attempted to contact their customer service department about my problems, I discovered that they were unreachable and unhelpful. They showed no sign of concern for my issues and made no effort to address them or compensate me for the subpar goods I had gotten. In conclusion, I am unable to suggest COOKOOKY to anyone in need of office and school goods. They have a limited selection, low-quality products, and sluggish customer service. Avoid the trouble and purchase your stationery elsewhere.
