I placed the order for my chair a little over a month ago. as I turned to the vendor, they told me that they say "factory marriage, sorry, sorry, send us a photo by mail, we will change everything." I had discovered that the seat had been torn as I was unpacking it. Sent, silence in response. When I called them a second time, they stated that they had not received any emails. During the time that I was speaking with the operator, I resent the message. They stated that the request would be sent on to the manufacturer after confirming that the letter had been received. After that, I got a letter informing me that the marriage had been approved, and that as soon as the part arrived at their warehouse, they would get in touch with me right away with the news. Since then, a month has gone by, and of course there has been no response or pleasantries. When I contacted the one and only contact number, I received the message that "the subscriber's number is blocked." The chair cannot be considered inexpensive, despite the fact that it is not the most expensive option available. Totally and completely a waste of your money. A hearty thank you goes out to the vendor for the "prompt resolution of the problem" as well as for turning off the phone.
