Review on 🛹 Carving Skateboard with Magneto Longboard Design by Adrian Hayes

I bought this board on 6/3/18. When I first received it I had a problem removing wheels and bearings from trucks. So I tried removing them with tools to replace the bearings with red ones but I ended up only being able to remove 3 of the 4 wheels. What remained was the right side of the front trunk. I wrote a review for Magneto and sent this board back. And to my surprise, Magneto actually contacted me! And they said they want to send me a new board for them! When I received a replacement board with the same problem as above. I contacted Magneto and they sent me a replacement car and now the board is working as it should. But I went ahead anyway and replaced the bearings with red ones and the bushings and wheels with orangutans. Now the board cuts like a dream and looks even better! But it costs $130 for the board and $95 for the reds and orangutans to get to this point. The problem is that this product looks amazing. And that's why I was so eager to get it. Aside from the soundboard, this board uses inferior parts. The bearings don't roll like on a skateboard, the wheels are of average quality, the hubs don't feel good and squeak a lot, but most of all it's uncomfortable! Some trucks were made to incorrect specifications. This makes it impossible to remove the wheels and bearings. Especially the right side on the front bogie! It's slightly tapered so you can insert the bearings but not remove them. Magneto and their customer service are top notch! And what did I expect from a company like Apple or Keurig. Not a skateboard company, I thought all companies were disappointed in their customers. But I think it's not a magneto! And if you've gotten this far and still want the board I say JUST MAKE IT, this deck is worth the potential problems and even if they do arise Magneto will be there to help you solve them. I only suggest that you try removing the wheels as soon as you receive them to ensure your board is not affected by this issue.
