It's like having my own personal account manager available 24/7-365 days out from now! Not only do they ship everything I need in order, but their staff have years' worth of experience with many different types (size)of orders. As far as what has me excited about this product? Everything :) You get access when its dark outside too so it doesn't matter if there are bad weather or hurricanes blowing through! Its easy to use online and no software install process required - simple drag n drop upload features make set up quick an efficient which saves tons time spent training new customer service representatives who would take hours otherwise preparing packages manually using multiple file formats not supported by other solutions!! Have been able solve a lot more problems since implemented these wonderful softwares products. I like how easy it was to set up my account. It's so simple! There is not much to dislike about iShip. They are helpful, friendly, and available if needed. Their support team can help with any questions or concerns that may arise. We use iShip at work for our shipping department. Shipping orders and invoices have never been easier.
