PCA is one of my favorite skincare brands. I started using it when it was only distributed in doctor's offices. I checked and now Revain is a licensed distributor which is great. Also, the packaging was correct, it was properly sealed and the expiration date was 14 months, so it's genuine. Some people have mentioned that the smell is weird. It wasn't mine. It had the same smell, consistency and color as the one I bought from my dermatologist's office. This cream is excellent for removing pigment spots. I have Melissa and hyperpigmentation is an uphill battle between Serum C and the tropes of hydroquinone. This C cream is my favorite and it offers enough bang for the buck. I use it in the morning before applying moisturizer. It doesn't cause any extra shine and my foundation is easy to apply afterwards. In my opinion, it almost looks like a primer.
