We have also used their customer service as well where we can get support for any technical query regarding clinked. I don't like anything about this product at present time. But if you are looking out for something similar then go ahead because there may be some features available which will certainly help your organization. This software supports Salesforce CRM so I am able to track my leads more easily than before.
