Such a cute dress. but didn't fit me

I bought a medium size for my Hawaiian hat which weighs about 13 pounds for a party dress. It's such a cute pattern and design but for some reason we couldn't close it properly and it kept opening when she tried to escape or jump onto the couch. Not sure if my dog's fur interfered with the velcro but she just didn't like it.
