This product is a complete waste of money. Through trial and error, I found that the Bluetooth connection is extremely weak and unpredictable. The remote often disconnects from my phone and doesn't respond to my commands. The only positive thing about this product is that it's portable, but that's not enough to justify the price. As an electronics enthusiast, I expected better quality from this brand. I would recommend looking for a different Bluetooth remote for your cell phone accessories.
