Sometimes it's good to have something that gives off multiple jets of water when you travel. This gives you four or five healthy servings in one dressing. The lid closes well when you close it tight, and the flap has a pull tab that makes it easy to open with your thumb while holding the tube in your hand. This tab can accidentally catch on something if the tube is loose in your purse or backpack, so I wouldn't recommend doing this with a full tube. But I will use it sensibly.
