Review on 📞 Upgraded Uniden DECT 6.0 Digital Accessory Handset and Charger for DECT 2000 (DCX210) by Maria Williams

I am using this additional phone with DECT 2185-3, all purchased through Revain. All phones, including the waterproof extension phone, registered perfectly to the base station. This one did not determine. It just said 'Search', none of the steps in the supplied manual will get this device to register with the base. So I sent for a replacement. When I received the replacement I had the same problem. Wondering if it was user error, I checked the manual, both one for the base and one for the phone and so on. I have confirmed that this additional phone, identical to the ones that came with the base, will work with my base. Just before I was ready to call Uniden support, I took a look at their website and found this advanced guide. Base he registered well. I don't understand why I had to log off the phone. So I have to give it three stars for getting me through those hoops to make it work with my base. Other than that I bought this phone and base station based on other comments and user reviews and I really like all the features of the phone. As a reminder, I'm not rating the base unit 3 stars, just this specific DCX210 accessory. Edit 04/22/14. So now I've had these phones for a while and I'm generally happy with them, but the battery life is terrible and drops off quickly over time. The batteries will now lose their entire charge if left for 20 minutes or less from the charger on some (I have 3 sets). I had a very similar Wiki phone system and the batteries lasted a good 6 years before starting to go bad. But I'm not changing my rating, it stays at the 3 star level.
