So this is my second tube of this product. I see other people here had the same reaction as I did to the first tube. Looks like it's already dry. I couldn't see anything coming out or leaving anything on my lashes. I wrote a review based on this and one of their reps contacted me and asked if I'd like to try again if they sent me a new tube. So she and I did it. I'm still trying to figure it out because I have to say that a very small amount can come out, but not much compared to the Babe, Roman, and Fields I've used in the past. I'm still willing to try and give a positive review if warranted. Someone asked me about the ingredients... the first ingredient is Deionized Water, Glycerin, Polypylene Glycol, Lactobacillus Cocus Nucifera, Fruit Extract, Panthenol, Biotinyl, Tripeptide1, Wheat, Amino Acids, Soy, Arginine HCL, Serine, Sesame Oil and many others. Ingredients. I read another review where water wasn't the first ingredient so I'm wondering if they've started diluting the ingredients?
