Great people in the Office! The team of lawyers who work for them are hardworking and motivated to help their clients get results. They care about their clients, and they work with you so that every step along the way has your interests at heart. They keep their fingers on the pulse of what's going on in their ever-changing markets, from intellectual property law to employment practices to environmental law. I like having someone looking over my shoulder while working on a project. That's just the kind of support an entrepreneur needs. I wish that there were more options outside of IP and Trade Secrets. Not much, other than helping with drafting agreements, corporate registrations, etc. I had the pleasure of working with the Morrison & Foerster team. The firm was professional, responsive and provided excellent guidance throughout the legal process.
