I really liked this product at first BEFORE I first tried to take it apart to refill and clean it. First, the gray top is incredibly difficult to remove. I ended up having to stick a butter knife into the sides to get it off. Second, you can't remove the white part to clean/drain the inside where the soap goes. Your sponge drains dirty water upwards and some of it gets into the cracks around the pump and into the soap area (I used clear liquid soap so it's obviously turned brown and rough) and there's no way to pick up all of the water. disassemble and clean inside. You can pour water into the hole where the soap goes, but it won't drain properly due to the position of the hole in the middle. In fact, there is no way this product can be hygienic, and after realizing that, I got very angry, so I threw it away. Essentially, you're washing the dishes with a mixture of soap and the remains of an old dirty sponge. Pretty disgusting. This product needs to be redesigned so that the white part is detachable and you can actually clean the inside. Do it and it will be great.
