I like that it allows you to customize your email templates for different types of messages. It's very easy to use as well! You can't really dislike anything about this product - we've been using it since our first few days at HootSuite. The only thing is that sometimes when sending out mass emails or reminders, they might get caught in spam filters which causes delays. This usually isn't an issue but if it does happen then just have patience while waiting for the message to be approved. Being able to send automated emails to multiple people with one click has saved us so much time! We're also getting more qualified candidates who are interested in working in Canada now because of how easy their application process was!
