I wanted to like it because I'm a fan of Asus in general. For the price it's not worth it. Yes, the headset is comfortable. Yes, it has good range. Hell, I even like the USB-C port. However, I can't get along with the sound quality. The headset is set up for some serious noise-cancelling by default, to the point where it distorts my voice for those who are listening so poorly that they have a choice of words about the setup. However, it didn't filter out noise, which I was told sounded like a hurricane going straight into the mic. When downloading a software from Asus to fix the equalizer settings, the profiles only got stuck until the computer restarted. Then the defaults returned with a vengeance. The mic in an earcup is so bad it sounds like I'm on a phone call, so using it alone isn't an option. For 200 euros plus change I expect more from a headset. Improved bass, clearer music, working software, or better yet, a button on the headset itself to turn off noise-cancellation when it's so strong your voice sounds like it's coming from a crappy laptop mic. Pretty sure most of the price was the case, because of course it wasn't the sound that Asus built into this thing.
