The ability to build, host my website in Canada rather than US which is expensive for me personally as I have little profit margin at this time; it was very clear from beginning that they understood our situation & would accommodate us 100%; also their responsiveness (on top of all else) made an already great experience even better! We are using them primarily simply because there were no other options available when we first started looking into Canadian hosting solutions - but if you're considering any others please go with NXP too early now before someone like GoDaddy or Bluehost comes along offering similar services without being so friendly/flexible about such things right out off start up phase!! Hosting solution that will not let customers down once set-up has been completed / executed upon! Excellent communication skills between client AND team members through every stage including project planning process leading thru post execution stages after launch date had passed!! Highly recommended especially by those who dislike dealing wih "big" companies.

I like that they have so many different options for payment plans, which makes it easy to find one suited perfectly with your budget! They are very reliable as well; there was never any confusion or delays in their work during our project implementation process (which took over 6 months). The staff at NKP is helpful - friendly AND professional!! We used them when we were looking into new office space but also just needed some general decorating ideas/tastes etc.
