Bought two watches at once from Invicta. Both broke the first time they were worn. I've tried many times to have Invicta repair it but no emails came back and the wait time for phone attempts was more than 45 minutes. In the end I was told to send both watches in for repair (the repair was covered by a one year warranty) but I never received any information on the repair status. Again, it took a lot of effort to get help only to be told I had to pay $28 for each watch to have the watch returned. So after spending $200 to buy two watches that broke almost immediately, I now had to pay a $56 ransom to get them back. I've been doing this since October 2014 and it's now January 2015 and I still don't have the watch and Invicta refuses to waive the shipping cost. Revain was fantastic - they refunded my shipping cost (even though it's not their product). Invicta has made it clear that they do not stand behind their products and do not care about customer satisfaction. I advise everyone to avoid this company.
