I bought a Casper mattress a few months ago and loved it so I finally pulled the pillow's trigger. Unfortunately, the pillow has very little support. It's very, very soft and my head/neck sinks completely to the bottom of the pillow. I was hoping it would be a bit firmer as the mattress is quite firm and buoyant. Other people seem to like the support the pillow gives them, so now I'm thinking maybe I have a defective pillow? Based on the pillow I received I would not recommend it. I have a feeling that any old cheap tee pad would give the same level of support. Very disappointing as I love the mattress.
