SOFT was the keyword here. I really like my Therapist, but the heads that come with them are made of hard polystyrene, similar to plastic. Cheap plastic tool. One head still had plastic spatter from the casting process and the brush had been slightly burned. This soft rubber head is awesome! Perfect for the gun. Soft to the touch and glides on the skin. If you have a percussion massager, I would start by doing my homework and studying the head size of your gun. Size matters. too tight may damage the device, a loose one will fall off or fly out. Now I can toss every head that came with the device in the trash where it belongs. The gun was almost sent back due to inconvenience. 5 stars and thanks! JM
