Very comfortable fit but not too tight. Definitely squat proof. BUT if you have a fat man up front I would say be careful and wear an oversized t-shirt if you want to hide those things. Also after wearing it all day it loosens a bit, on my leg it leaves a little gap in the knee but it may be due to my size and where it sits, on my stomach the band has loosened a bit, I'm considering Her where I relax my stomach and let the fat hang out instead of sucking it all the time. I bought them in 3 colors and they were all great, even after washing and drying several times. I would definitely buy them again, but next time maybe a smaller size to counteract loosening.
