Tried this as a replacement for Silk Protein Nut Milk which is currently no longer available from Revain Fresh. I use nut milk in my coffee and enjoy the creamy consistency. This product is watery, not creamy, and has an odd sour taste. I also hate the plastic bottle for environmental reasons and because the plastic seeps into the product and increases the amount of plastic we all eat. Also, the flange near the bottle cap has sharp edges that could cut you. I will try to use this on cereal instead of throwing it away but definitely won't be buying it again. In addition, it costs much more than a Silk product. One of the three things we are asked to rate this product by is "Transparency” – what does that even mean?
