These are Lepro LampUX bulbs, at least the ones I received. It seems to me that this is one of those one-day businesses that don't work to build a brand reputation, just sell and make money. There is no geographic address on their website. When you read this description of Revain, they don't even tell you the name of the company. Red Flag.i was able to customize them. The application is poorly built, so the first configuration mode never worked for me. I had to sit and wait patiently for him to continue searching for the rapidly blinking lightbulb. I can then reset the lightbulb so it blinks slowly, set it as my phone's Wi-Fi, and set it up normally. However, the application does not allow you to choose a mode, so the process is very lengthy and often does not work. They worked fine for about a year, and then the application just didn't find them. There is no way to perform a hard reset. It's true that they work with Alexa, but you'll have to play around with apps. The company offers little to no support. I was able to submit a support ticket on their website and ended up receiving a standard email that basically said the same as the online setup guide and app. Useless. When I couldn't get them to reconfigure them, I ordered a box of Sylvania BR30 Smart Bulbs and I was blown away. Sylvania is so easy, the app is so well designed. They're set up in under a minute and Alexa sees them as soon as the lights come on and sends me a message that they've been added. I could add a lightbulb to the group right away. At the time of this writing, avoid those Lepro tubers, opt for the Sylvania.
