Updating my previous comments: - The image property was not showing, there was an option to click on the image to resize it to fit the photo (for some reason it was originally enlarged) - contacted the support team and they showed me a video which is very intuitive to get the "email" upload feature working for me and some users which is very easy and now both are loading me and my wife and kids upload photos in photo frames to our phone by simply attaching them to an email---great feature. Thank you for reading. ============================= This photo frame is really great, here are some things you should know before you buy it. The screen size is 15 inches, which is amazing, and the resolution is pretty decent. - Setup is pretty easy, connect it to Wi-Fi and sign up for an account. Once the photo is connected and you've entered the city, it will automatically adjust and show the local time/date and even give you a weather forecast. The auto on/off feature allowed me to set the on and off time. -- The home button on the screen can be moved to any corner you want, it is very convenient. -- The best thing about this photo frame is that you can upload a picture remotely from your phone. I am planning to send this to my parents (my children's grandparents) and remotely I can upload the children's photos from my phone and they will appear in this photo frame immediately. I imagine grandparents could just use this photo screensaver and keep seeing new photos that I upload remotely. Some of the things that need improvement:- * Some photos aren't displaying correctly, I believe the photo frame can't auto-resize certain images, but most of my images displayed correctly. -* I still couldn't get the email download feature to work. I've tried all combinations of email "myID-* although I wish it had the added motion sensor feature to turn itself on automatically when someone walks by.-* I also wish there was a way for the app to take pictures who are on the photo frame so I can delete the photos from my phone.-* If you set up the photo frame first and then put the battery in the remote, it might not work the first time (which I've experienced) but I just turn off the panel and restart, then the remote works as expected. One thing to complain about the remote is that the "back" and "play" buttons are one and are a bit confusing at times. -* The power adapter is a direct connection to the frame on the side and doesn't hide well -* I wish there was a way to charge via USB if they have a USB power adapter and a USB ka bel could provide, that would be perfect. Overall, this is a solid product that serves the purpose I was looking for. Thank you for reading.
