Edit: The company did a good job on the basket. The new one is great! The rating is good: until today I liked my laundry basket. There are spots at the end of the basket that snap into place so the basket stands upright. One of the latches (don't know what they're called) on the side of the basket broke so now the laundry basket doesn't come up, which is very frustrating. What can I do to fix this?
